Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Lotus Moon Massotherapy where we make every client's need for massage therapy our top priority. A card is required on file for first time clients only. (If you are a returning client, call or text to schedule an appointment) This ensures your spot for a booking and shows how important self care means to you. It also provides a convenient way to checkout after your service if you choose to use the same card on file. (cash is acceptable in person but a card on file is still required for booking your appointment) No shows are not acceptable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 1 hour prior to the start time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result a 50% charge of the service. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are 5-10 minutes late, you will only receive the remaining time that is left for your session. If this is your first time making an appointment with us, Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to fill out a brief medical history form. You will be reminded 1 day before your appointment via text and email.
